Head into your weekend relaxed with our Friday morning Yoga class!
Our our fitness classes will be taught by certified yoga instructor, Desiree Adams. Classes will be held on Zoom weekly.
Join us on zoom where the classes will be live streamed for you to workout from the comfort of your home!
